Morrison is a city in Whiteside County, Illinois, United States. The population was 4,447 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Whiteside County. In mid-November 2008, the town's Open Bible Fellowship Church gained national media attention after former pastor Ted Haggard delivered two confessional sermons there. Nov. 27, 2009 – Morrison High School Boys Football Mustangs defeat Maroa-Forsyth 36-14 to win the IHSA Illinois State Division 2A Championship.

What is utilities law?
