Machesney Park is a village located in Winnebago County, Illinois, United States. The population was 20,759 at the 2000 census. A special census conducted in 2006 showed the population had grown to 22,426. It is part of the Rockford, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area.

What is utilities law?
