Delhi is a census-designated place (CDP) in Merced County, California, USA. Delhi is located 18 miles (29 km) west-northwest of Merced, at an elevation of 118 feet (36 m). According to the 2000 census, the CDP population was 8,022. Since 2006, the population of Delhi is estimated to be about 15,000.
