Terrell is a city in Kaufman County, Texas, United States. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 13,606. Terrell is located 32 miles (52 km) east of Dallas. Heritage Jubilee, held the third weekend in April at Ben Gill Park, is a celebration for the whole family.
