Statesboro is a city in southeast Georgia, United States, and is the county seat and most populous city of Bulloch County. In 2008, the U.S. Census population estimate for Statesboro was 27,158; also, the Statesboro, GA µSA became Georgia's largest µSA with a population of 67,761. A college town, Statesboro is best known as the home to Georgia Southern University, a Carnegie Doctoral-Research University.
