Sarver is generally known as the area south-west of State Route 356 (Butler Road/South Pike Road/North Pike Road) in the township. Sarver used to only be a few grocery stores, gas stations, and car dealerships. Now, it has grown to hold many new mid to high income housing plans, shopping centers, and businesses.
