Beulah is a city in Mercer County, North Dakota, in the United States. The population was 3,152 at the 2000 census. Beulah was founded in 1913. Because of its proximity to Hazen, a town of similar size about 10 km (5 mi) away, Beulah is rarely mentioned by itself but rather as Beulah-Hazen. Beulah is home to the Dakota Gasification Company.
