Bremo Bluff is an unincorporated town in Fluvanna County, Virginia. It located on the James River, at the railroad junction of CSX Transportation's James River line and the Buckingham Branch Railroad's branch to Dillwyn, Virginia. The Bremo Historic District, covering a plantation which may have been designed in part by Thomas Jefferson, is located in the town, as is the Bremo Slave Chapel; the former is a National Historic Landmark, while the latter is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
