John Winters, Jr. appeals the decision of the district court affirming the bankruptcy court's order refusing to reopen his bankruptcy proceeding. Our review of the record and the district court's order discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Winters v. First Federal Savings & Loan, C/A No. 90-68-5-CIV-BO; BK-86-1264-505 (E.D.N.C. May 7, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
