MEMORANDUM**

2

Raymond William Harris appeals his conviction and 240-month sentence following entry of a guilty plea to maintaining a place for the purpose of distributing methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec. 856(a)(1). Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), Harris' counsel submitted a brief identifying no arguable issues for review and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record pursuant to Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 78 (1988), discloses no issue for review. Accordingly, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is AFFIRMED.
