MEMORANDUM*

2

Anthony Donnell Sanders appeals the district court's denial of his motion for discovery on the issue of selective prosecution. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
